How should I store my Jamón Ibérico once it arrives?

Whole bone-in hams should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once sliced, cover the exposed area with its own fat or plastic wrap. Vacuum-sealed packs should be refrigerated and consumed within 7 days of opening.

What is the shipping policy for perishable items?

We use expedited climate-controlled shipping to ensure freshness. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours and delivered via FedEx or UPS to ensure your gourmet products arrive in peak condition.

Are Beher products gluten-free and allergen-friendly?

Most of our traditional cured meats are gluten-free and lactose-free. However, we recommend checking the specific ingredient list on each product page for detailed allergen information.

Do you ship your products outside of the USA?

Currently, Beher USA only ships to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We are unable to ship internationally at this time due to food safety regulations.

What is your return policy for food products?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an error, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.

How can I track my order?
